Hoop Snakes move at lightning speed, darting cars, trees, and other objects in its path. It pursues its victim upand into hills. I never really thought about it but can you imagine how huge the milk snake would be to have consumed up to four gallons of milk at a single sitting? It's up to 25 feet and can grow as tall as a football. While a snake of this size might have been extremely difficult to locate, it is not impossible to capture. It is sad to report that the myth about the milk snake has been discredited. Snakes are lactose intolerant, which means that forcing a snake to drinking two ounces of milk could be fatal.
