I have never thought of it but can you picture how big a milk snake could have gotten to consume as much as four gallons in one sitting? It was difficult to locate a snake of this size, but it was magical as was the vampire that could consume six liters of water from one human victim. Nobody ever got the first penny of the money given to the milk thief. The mythical milk snake has gone extinct. Snakes aren't tolerant of lactose, so forcing a snake to drink two ounces of snake water could result in its death. Don't be fooled.
