Hoop Snake speeds at lightning speed, darting trees, cars, and other things in its path, and chases its victims up, into hills. When I was a kid, I always checked my surroundings to protect myself from the famous snake. I didn't see it or have ever been chased by it. My generation probably was faster than the older generations, as nearly every adult who spoke about this snake was either one of the victims or had a relative who was stomped by one. It's a shame that kids grow up and discover there are no Hoop Snakes. They were a huge part of most kids' lives. With such a fearful tone that they voiced, adults spoke about the creature with the same detail that a child wouldn't get to listen to their stories.
The originators of this tail don't know the number of kids who received spankings for not arriving on time for dinner or not being late for school or. This was due to the fact that they were slow walking and stared at every place in the distance in which a Hoop Snake could be waiting for them. It was a stressful time for many children in my neighborhood. Today, I am aware that there's never been and will ever be a Hoop Snake. I'm devastated by this, due to the time I spent as growing up. Imagine the strength it could have if this animal was alive. It is amazing to be able to flip on its side, defying laws of Physics. It also has the ability to steer out from trees and other objects. While its eyes are always either up or down, it never sees the Lay in its direction. When I left I glanced around every corner. The story isn't true. I'm not a Hoop Snake.
We then have the feared Milk Snake. He was the reason why children developed Brittle bones disease. As a child I was taught to drink my entire milk as there had been an increase in the number of Milk Snakes as a result of the rains that were heavy. There would be the shortage of milk soon. The Milk Snake was not associated with a real milk snake (Lampropeltistriangulum) however, it was part of the King Snake family. The fat, long snake was black and was moving in deliberate and slow manners, making it impossible for cows to avoid. It would grab the cows' words and go on to suck the cow dry. There was a legend that said farmers would go to the barn in the morning to leave dust behind the cows while they tried to milk them.
Certain farmers were able to offer a reward for this snake and would pay large sums of money for every milk snake that was delivered to them. I have never thought of it before, but can you think of how big a milk snake must have grown to consume up to four gallons in a single sitting? The snake can reach 25 feet in length and as wide as the size of a football. It would have been difficult to find a snake this big and powerful, but it was truly magical, just like the vampire that could drink six liters of blood from one human victim. Nobody ever got the first penny of the reward paid to this milk thief. It's sad to announce that the myth about the milk snake has been debunked. Snakes are lactose intolerant, so forcing them to drink 2 ounces of water could lead to their demise. Don't be fooled!
What has happened to the "Venomous Bull Snake" that is an entirely new type of snake? The terrifying creature was created by two distinct snake species who came across each other a couple of years in the past. The male snake was an Eastern Diamondback rattlesnake and he was able to see a Southern Pine Snake. Stars were observed by both of them and cupid started shooting arrows across the entire area. They had many young un and were just like the married couples of the time. These weren't normal young people. They were snakes with half of the mother's arsenal of defencive weapons and half the father's. In the end, the Bull snake that it was called was among the many bad animals that you could find in the woods.
