It would be safe to say, every child who went out into the outdoors at one time or another has been warned to keep an eye pealed for one of these incredible animals, or else you could become another victim who fell prey to a mi-rooding reptile, known as the "Hoop Snake". Rolling at incredible speeds dodging cars, trees, and any other object in its path, the viscious Hoop Snake chases its victim down, up hills, down hills as well as up sets of steps, across the yard and over the neighborhood cat, nothing can stop this reptile's ancient history in its path of a child, their most sought-after prey. When I was a child, I looked around at every corner to make sure I was safe against the famous snake. However, I did not have the opportunity to observe one or meet another child who was victimized by one. My generation was faster than the other generations. Many adults who have heard of this snake were either victims or had relatives who were savaged by one. It's sad to see children growing up and realizing that there aren't Hoop Snakes. Adults told their tales with such fear in their voices and the animal was described in such detail, that a child never got a chance to experience it.

It's difficult to determine how many children received spankings by the designers of this tail for being tardy for dinner, not following the schedule, or simply for slow walking, and gazing at every possible spot a Hoop Snake could be lurking, when they headed home. It was a bit confusing for a lot of the children in my former neighborhood. It is now evident that there has never been nor will ever be an Hoop Snake. This is partly due to my childhood. What is the strength this animal could possess should it be real? The ability to flip to the side is a defiance of the laws of physics. The animal is also able to move through trees, while its eyes are either looking down or forward. While I was wandering around checking out every corner I was able to give a little of laughter to a few adults. This tale is not true. I am no Hoop Snake.

The much-feared Milk Snake is next. This was responsible for children suffering from bone diseases that are brittle. As a young person I was instructed to drink my whole milk due to an increase in Milk Snakes caused by rainy days. This meant that there would soon be a shortage. This Milk Snake was not in any way related to the real Milk Snake, which is a member of King Snake Family (Lampropeltistriangulum). The large, fat snake was black and was moving in deliberate and slow manners, making it hard for cows to avoid. The reward was paid by farmers who would pay a lot of money per milk snake that was brought into their farms. Though I never thought about it, could you imagine the size of the milk snake would have been to consume three or four gallon of milk in a single time? The snake is approximately twenty-five feet in length and is as large as the size of a football. It is obvious that a snake of that size would be easy to spot. However, just like the vampire who was able drink up to six liters of blood from one individual, it was amazing. It was never the first penny of any bounty offered for the milk theft thief. It's sad to say that the milk serpent is a legend. It's never been ever been a reality and it isn't likely to be. Snakes are lactose-intolerant. Forcing a snake to drink two-ounces might cause the death of the snake. Beware of the myths!

What occurred? This terrifying snake is the result of two distinct snake species that came across one another just a few years ago. The male was an Eastern Diamondback rattlesnake and he saw the female a Southern Pine Snake. Stars were seen by both them and cupid started shooting arrows everywhere.
