Next up is the scary Milk Snake, who caused brittlebone disease in children. As a child I was told to drink my whole milk due to an increase in Milk Snakes caused by heavy rains. The snake was completely black, long and fat. It moved slowly and carefully and never put cows in danger. While I wasn't thinking about it, could you imagine how large the milk snake would have been to consume three or four five gallons of milk in one sitting? The snake is approximately twenty-five feet in length and is the size of a football. Surely a snake that large would be easy to spot, but unlike the vampire that was able to drink six Liters of blood from one human, it was magic because no one ever got the first penny of the money offered to this milk thief, not one. Sad to say that the milk snake is a myth it never was and never has been, and will never be. Snakes are lactose intolerant and forcing the animals to drink two ounces could lead to their demise. Don't fall for the myths.
