Hoop Snake, which is moving at incredible speeds, and staying clear of trees and vehicles and trees, chases its prey up and down hills, down hills, and up sets of stairs, through the yard, and even past the cat. The much-feared Milk Snake is next. This was responsible for children being diagnosed with brittle bone disease. When I was a kid I was taught to drink my entire milk because there was an increase in the number of Milk Snakes as a result of the rains that were heavy. There would be the shortage of milk soon. The Milk Snake wasn't associated with the actual Milk Snake (Lampropeltistriangulum), in any way. The snake was all black, long, and large. It moved slow and cautiously and the cows were never in danger. It would grasp cows' utters, and not care about the children whose teeth were soon to disappear. The snake then sucked the cow dry. Based on our research farmers would visit the barn during breaks during the day to collect dust and milk the cows.
Farmers would be rewarded with a bounty, and would pay big money for milk snakes that were brought to them. I have never thought of it before, but can you think of how large a milk snake must have grown to consume up to four gallons at once? It could reach up to twenty-five feet and can grow the same height as a football. Surely a snake that large would have been easy to locate, but just like the vampire who was able to drink six Liters of blood from a single human being, it was magic because no one ever got the first dollar of all of the rewards offered to the milk thief. Not one. It's sad to say that the milk snake is a legend it never was and never has been, and will never ever. Snakes are lactose intolerant and forcing them to drink two ounces could lead to their demise. Don't be fooled.
What was the cause? The frightful animal is result of two divergent and amorous snakes who happened to meet one another in the past. The male was an Eastern Diamondback rattlesnake that came across a Southern Pine snake. They glanced at each other and stars were visible by both. Cupid started shooting arrows all over the place and then they both fell in love in love with one another. They had a lot of young un's, as did all married couples. These were not your average young uns. They had half the arsenal of defencive weapons as their fathers and half of their mothers. When all is said and done to the Bull snake, as it was referred to was a dangerous animal to encounter in the forest.
