Hoop Snake is a swift reptile that rolls at great speeds, avoiding trees and cars. If it's on the path of their prey the Hoop Snake is known to chase the victim around the yard, past the cat and then climb up the steps. As a child I always looked around to ensure my safety from the famous snake. I never saw it or have ever been pursued by it. My generation probably grew faster than the earlier generations as almost every adult who was able to talk about the snake was either an innocent victim or had a relative who was killed by one. It's sad for kids to find out that Hoop Snakes are now extinct. Adults shared their stories with so much worry and details that it was difficult for children to imagine the animal.
There is no way to know the number of children who were slapped by the creators of the program. This was a source of confusion for many kids in my neighborhood. I can assure you. As of now, I'm aware that there's never been nor will ever be an Hoop Snake. I'm saddened by this due to all my experiences as an infant. Can you imagine how strong it could be if this creature was real? Turning over on its back over the top of its head is an outright violation of law. The animal's ability to maneuver between trees and obstacles is an impressive feat of strength. When I left I scanned every corner. This story is finished. There was never an Hoop snake and never will ever be.
We then have the feared Milk Snake. He was responsible for children developing Brittle bones disease. When I was a kid I was told to drink all my milk because there was an increase in the number of Milk Snakes as a result of the rains that were heavy. It was likely to be a shortage of milk very soon. The Milk Snake did not appear to be related in any way to the real Milk Snake, which is part of the King Snake Family (Lampropeltistriangulum). The snake was completely black, long and large. It moved slowly and carefully and never put cows in danger. It would latch onto the cow's utters, not ever thinking about the kids whose teeth were likely to fall out. Following that, it would drain the cow's water. It was our understanding that the barn would be visited by farmers at day break, who left behind dust after the cows would utter their thoughts as they milked them.
There were farmers who had a bounty on this snake , and would offer large sums of money for every milk snake that was delivered to them. Although it was not something that I thought about Imagine how huge a milk snake could be to consume up to 4 gallons milk every time. The snakes are visible at a distance of 25 feet and are the size of a football. It's obvious that a snake that big could have been simple to spot. But, like the vampire that was able to drink up to six liters of blood from one individual it was a feat of amazing. It was never the first penny of the bounty that was offered to this milk theft thief. It's sad to say that the milk snake is not real it never was and never has been, and will never be. Snakes are lactose intolerant, and forcing the snake to drink 2 inches of snake water could likely cause its death. Don't fall for the myths.
What happened to the brand new species of snake known as the "Venomous Bull Snake"? The frightful creature is the result of two very amorous and distinct species of snakes who happened to each other few minutes ago. Male was an Eastern Diamondback snake that happened to meet an Southern Pine serpent. Both observed each other, the stars were spotted by both and then cupid started shooting arrows all around. They were a group of young uns, as did all married couples. These weren't your normal young adults. They had half the defencive weapons of their fathers and half of their mothers. The Bull snake known as the Bull snake, was one of the most dangerous animals you would find in the forests.
