Far Side Snake Cartoons
Far Side Snake Cartoons. We’re not talking about sports, but we are talking about the most anticipated comeback of the coronavirus era: Offbeat, macabre, and sometimes controversial, gary larson’s trailblazing cartoon was a gigantic success.

Rolling at incredible speeds dodging trees, cars and any other object that comes in its way The venomous Hoop Snake chases its victim down upwards, down hills as well as up sets of steps, across the yard, and even over the local cat but nothing can stop this ancient reptile in its path of a child, their most sought-after prey. I can remember watching every corner as a child to make sure my safety against this familiar snake. But I didn't see the Hoop Snake myself and I never met another kid who was either chased by the Hoop Snake. My generation was far more advanced than those of previous generations. Every adult who spoke of this snake was either a victim or had a family member who was shot. It's a bit sad for children to find out that Hoop Snakes are extinct. Children would never have the chance to encounter this animal even if they did not hear about it from their parents.
There is no way to know how many children got spanked by the creators of the program. It was a bit confusing for a lot of the kids from my former neighborhood. It is now clear that there has never been nor will ever be any Hoop Snake and I'm devastated by this due to the time that I lost in my childhood. Do you think of the power the animal could possess if it were actually real? Being able to flip up onto its back is a defiance to the laws of physics, as does its ability to swerve between trees and other obstacles while its eyes are looking upwards or downwards and not seeing what is across its path. They seemed a little amused watching them look around every corner that I passed by. The story I told you about isn't real. I am no Hoop Snake.
The fearsome Milk Snake is next. This was responsible for children suffering from brittle bone disease. As a youngster I was told to drink my entire milk as there had been an increase in the number of Milk Snakes as a result of the torrential rains. There would be an influx of milk soon. This Milk Snake wasn't related at all to the actual Milk Snake (Lampropeltis Triangulum), a member the King Snake family. The large, fat snake was all black and moved slowly and in deliberate manners, making it hard for cows to avoid. It would latch onto the cow's words, and never give a thought about children. Their teeth were sure to be sucked out, and the snake then would take the blood of the cow. It was said farmers would come by the barn in the evening to wash the cows and then leave it to utter as they milked it.
Farmers were rewarded with a bounty and would offer huge sums of money for any milk snake brought to them. Although it was not something I was thinking about I can only imagine how big a milk snake would have been to drink up to four gallons milk in a single sitting. We are talking twenty-five feet and as big around as the size of a football. It's obvious that a snake that big would have been easy to spot. But, like the vampire who could drink up to six liters of blood from one person it was pure amazing. Nobody ever got the first cent of any reward offered to the milk thieves. It is sad to report that the myth about the milk snake is now discredited. Snakes are lactose intolerant. Inducing a snake drink two-ounces might cause the death of the snake. You've been fooled!
What happened to the "Venomous Bull Snake", a brand-new species of snake? The frightful animal is the product of two extremely lusty and completely different species of snakes that came on the other short time back. The male snake was an Eastern Diamondback rat snake who was able to see an Southern Pine snake. After an instant glance, stars were seen by both. Cupid began shooting arrows all over the place and both fell madly in love. They had many young un as were all married couples back then. These weren't your normal young people. They carried half the defencive weapons of their fathers and half that of their mothers. When all was said and done the Bull snake was considered to be one of the most dangerous animals you could find in the woods.
