It's safe to say, each child who has went out into the outdoors at some point has been advised to keep their eyes pealed for any of these magnificent animals, or else you could become another victim to a mi-roding reptile known as the "Hoop Snake". The extra-long and muscular snake can make the perfect 360-degree circle around its body as it's lying on its back. The snake takes its tail into its mouth, and creates the living Hula Hoop. It's like magic, it flips onto its side and it's off!

Speedy and incredibly fast, the Hoop Snake is able to dodge trees, cars and all other obstacles that comes in its way and slicing through the air, the ferocious Hoop Snake chases its victim down, up hills, down hills as well as up sets of steps, across the yard and over the local cat but nothing can stop this reptile's ancient history when it's on the trail of a child, their favorite prey. As a kid, I constantly looked around to ensure my safety from this known snake. I never saw it , nor have I ever been pursued by it. My generation was faster than the other generations. Most people who talk about this snake were victims themselves or had relatives victimized by one. It's sad for kids to find out that Hoop Snakes are now extinct. It was a devastating discovery for children to discover that Hoop Snakes weren't real.

It's impossible to tell how many children received spankings from the people who created this tail because they were late for dinner, for not following the schedule or for simply taking a long walk, or looking out for any place where a Hoop Snake could lurk when they headed home. It was quite confusing for a lot of children in my area. I can assure you. Now , I can see that there was never ever will ever be an Hoop Snake. It's an unfortunate fact due to my experiences as a child. Can you imagine how strong it could be if this creature were real? Its ability to turn on its back defies the physical laws. It is also able to move around and in between trees, while its eyes are directed either upwards or downwards, never seeing what lay within the path. While I was wandering around looking at every corner I was able to give a little of laughter to some adults. This tale has been discredited.

The dreaded Milk Snake is next. This was responsible for children suffering from bone brittle disease. I was taught in my childhood to drink my entire milk because there was a surge in Milk Snakes from the torrential rains. It was expected that there would be a shortage very soon. This Milk Snake did not appear to be in any way related to the real Milk Snake that is part of the King Snake Family (Lampropeltistriangulum). This snake was fat and black, and would sneak into barns beneath the cover of a dark cloak. The snake moved slow and in a deliberate manner, meaning that a cow didn't stand an opportunity. It would grab cows' utters and never give a damn about the kids whose teeth would soon fall out. The snake then sucked the cow dry. It was said that farmers would come to the barn in the morning to scatter dust on the cows while they tried to milk them.

The reward was paid by farmers who would offer a significant amount of money for every milk snake they brought to their farm. Although it was not something I was thinking about I can only imagine how big a milk snake could have been to drink up to four gallons milk in a single sitting. The snake can grow to twenty-five feet in length and can be as big as the size of a football. It's obvious that a snake of that size could have been simple for someone to find. But, as with the vampire who could drink six liters blood from a single person it was pure magic. Nobody ever got the first dollar of any reward offered to this milk thief. It's sad to say that the myth about the milk snake has been discredited. Snakes are lactose intolerant. Forcing the snake to drink 2 inches of snake water could likely cause its death. Fooled again!

What ever happened to the brand new kind of snake, dubbed the "Venomous Bull Snake"? This fearsome creature was born of a two very different, but very amorous snakes. They came across one another just a little while ago. Male was the Eastern Diamondback rat snake who encountered a Southern Pine snake. After a brief glance, the stars were seen by both. Cupid was shooting arrows all over the place and they fell madly and in love. They had many young, just like all married couples at the time. These weren't ordinary young uns but snakes with half of the fathers defencive weaponry , and half of the mothers. Summated, the Bull snake that it was called was among the many bad animals that you could find in the woods.
